Oprah Winfrey has been considered a diet guru, publicly battling with weight loss and gain for years on her television show.  More recently, the acai berry has been added to the list of the products that are listed on her website as helpful and effective (check out the page on Oprah’s site, click here!), and the article encourages people to discover the acai benefits for themselves.

Weight loss can be incredibly difficult not only because of the lifestyle changes necessary to shed the pounds, but the changes that have to be continued long after the pounds are gone to maintain the new weight a person’s achieved.  Oprah’s celebrity status and high traffic website has helped to launch the acai berry as a product that can help to ease these changes.
